Jen Kramer lives in Chicago, Illinois. She holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Most recently, Ms. Kramer served as a sales manager for Access DMC, where she drove new business development, cultivated strategic hotel partnerships, and expanded the company's market share. She delivered presentations, led hotel site inspections, and collaborated closely with creative and event teams to ensure exceptional client experiences. Her responsibilities also included achieving performance goals, adhering to company standards, supporting revenue growth, and strengthening brand awareness through client referrals. As she explores her next career chapter, Ms. Kramer welcomes opportunities to contribute her award-winning sales expertise, creativity, and leadership to a dynamic organization.

Ms. Kramer's achievements at Access DMC included earning the company's Top Sales Person of the Year recognition. She also received industry awards in the hospitality, meetings, and events sector for exceeding client expectations and designing impactful programs.

Before joining Access DMC, Jen Kramer held a number of leadership positions. She served as director of production at Arena Partners LLC and director of operations at WNDR Museum, both in Chicago. She also spent more than two years at DePaul University, where she managed university events. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kramer was director of special events at Navy Pier in Chicago and spent eight years as director of sports development for the City of Chicago's Mayor's Office of Special Events.
