Jen Kramer lives in Chicago, Illinois, although she works for a company in the San Diego, California, area. She holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Jen Kramer works as a sales manager for Access DMC, where she brings in new business. She finds hotel partners, builds relationships with them, and grows the company's market share. She also gives presentations, leads hotel site inspections, and works closely with the creative and events teams to make sure clients have a great experience. Part of her job is to meet specified performance targets, follow company procedures, and help the company increase revenue and profit. She also supports the brand by referring clients to Access when possible.

Ms. Kramer's achievements at Access DMC include earning the Access Top Sales Person of the Year recognition. She has also won awards in the hospitality, meetings, and events industry, exceeded client expectations on projects, and designed impactful programs.

Before working at Access DMC, Jen Kramer held a number of other positions. She was director of production at Arena Partners LLC and director of operations at WNDR Museum, both in Chicago. She also spent more than 2 years at DePaul University, where she managed all university events. At Navy Pier in Chicago, Ms. Kramer served as director of special events. Moreover, she spent eight years as director of sports development at the Mayor's Office of Special Events in Chicago.
